I don’t know about you but I am always looking for ways to stay healthy and put a workout into my daily routine. I cannot always manage the daily 30 minute workout but I can manage to do some extra walking and a few push-ups.
What do you do each day for your own health? Exercise is cumulative and overtime if you are consistent you will improve your health even if these activities only take away time from sitting at your desk …eating or any other activity that is not healthy.
