Low-Cost Work-Outs ….

I don’t know about you but I am always looking for ways to stay healthy and put a workout into my daily routine. I cannot always manage the daily 30 minute workout but I can manage to do some extra walking and a few push-ups.

“EVERY year, come spring, I want to do only two things: get back in shape and fall in love. The falling-in-love part could be a little tricky, but the getting in shape should be easy. And cheap. So six weeks ago I renounced the gym and set out to create a cost-effective, back-to-basics, strength-building workout routine.”
